개정 사유

관련 법령 개정 사항을 반영하고, 서비스 이용 과정에서 확인된 사항을 이용자가 알기 쉽게 정비하기 위해 아래와 같이 개정합니다.

이용약관 주요 변경 사항

1. 개인 직접 가입 경로 반영 — 기관 소속이 아닌 개인이 직접 가입하여 이용하는 경우에 관한 규정을 추가했습니다. (제2조, 제4조)
2. 가입 연령 기준 명시 — 만 14세 이상만 가입 및 이용이 가능함을 명시했습니다. (제4조)
3. 시범·평가용 계정 조항 신설 — 도입 검토를 위한 시범 계정의 사용 범위와 제공 중단 사유를 정했습니다. (제6조)
4. 유료서비스 및 크레딧 조항 신설 — 크레딧 구매 계약의 성립 시점과 미성년자 결제의 취소를 정하고, 환불 기준은 결제 전에 제공되는 별도 정책을 따르도록 했습니다. (제8조)
5. 이용자 의무 구체화 — 기존 5개 항목을 15개 항목으로 정비했습니다. (제7조)
6. 관할 조항 보완 — 이용자 또는 개별이용자가 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」상 소비자에 해당하는 경우 민사소송법이 정하는 관할 법원에 따르도록 했습니다. (제13조)

개인정보처리방침 주요 변경 사항

1. 적용 범위 조항 신설 — 기관과의 이용계약에 따른 경우와 개인에게 직접 제공하는 경우를 구분하고, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않음을 명시했습니다. (제0조)
2. 개인정보 국외 이전 공개 범위 확대 — 이전받는 사업자를 6곳에서 11곳으로 늘리고, 사업자별 명칭·국가·제공 모델·연락처·보유기간을 별표1로 정리해 공개했습니다. 국내에서만 처리되어 국외로 이전되지 않는 모델도 함께 명시했습니다. (제6조, 별표1)
3. 수집 항목에 결제 정보 추가 — 결제수단 식별정보, 결제 승인·취소 내역, 영수증 정보를 추가했습니다. (제2조)
4. 개인정보 처리 위탁 내용 기재 — 기존 「해당사항 없음」을 대신해 결제 처리 위탁사와 클라우드 인프라 운영 위탁사 4곳의 업무 내용, 처리되는 개인정보, 보유기간, 연락처를 기재했습니다. 데이터 보관 위치가 대한민국임을 함께 명시했습니다. (제5조)
5. 데이터 처리 원칙 구체화 — 「이전받는 자가 개별이용자를 식별할 수 없다」는 표현을 「공급자가 개별이용자의 계정정보(이름·이메일·소속)를 함께 전송하지 않는다」로 바꾸었습니다. 개인식별정보의 차단·마스킹은 기관 이용자 또는 개별이용자가 해당 기능을 사용하도록 설정한 경우에 적용된다는 점을 명시했습니다. (제6조)
6. 서식 정비 — 기관이 자기 이름으로 채워 쓰도록 비워 둔 칸(기관명, 기관 측 개인정보 보호책임자)을 없애고, 공급자의 처리 내용을 직접 기재했습니다.

개인정보처리방침 주요 변경 사항

1. 개인정보 국외 이전 조항 신설 — 이전받는 자 6곳(OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, X.AI, Perplexity), 이전되는 항목, 이전 목적, 이전 방법, 보유 및 이용 기간 30일, 거부 방법을 기재했습니다. (제6조)
2. 데이터 처리 원칙 신설 — 글로벌 LLM API 호출이 마인드로직 주식회사 명의로 이루어진다는 점과, 개별이용자가 개인식별정보를 입력할 경우 차단하거나 마스킹 처리하여 전달한다는 점을 기재했습니다. (제6조)

Reason for revision

These documents have been revised to reflect amendments to applicable laws and to set out, in terms users can readily understand, matters identified in the course of providing the Service.

Terms of Service — principal changes

1. Direct individual sign-up — provisions were added covering individuals who sign up and use the Service directly, without belonging to an institution. (Articles 2 and 4)
2. Minimum age — it is now stated that sign-up and use are available only to those aged 14 or older. (Article 4)
3. Trial and evaluation accounts — a new article sets out the permitted scope of use of trial accounts and the grounds on which they may be withdrawn. (Article 6)
4. Paid services and Credits — a new article sets out when a Credit purchase contract is formed and how a minor's payment may be cancelled, and provides that refund criteria follow the separate policy made available before payment. (Article 8)
5. User obligations — the previous five items were reorganised into fifteen, adding, among others, use of the Service's output to train artificial intelligence models, collection of data by automated means, and circumvention of safety measures. (Article 7)
6. Jurisdiction — where the Customer or an Individual User is a consumer under the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the court of jurisdiction prescribed by the Civil Procedure Act now applies. (Article 13)

Privacy Policy — principal changes

1. Scope of application — a new article distinguishes provision under an agreement with an institution from provision directly to an individual, and states that the personal information of children under 14 is not collected. (Article 0)
2. Cross-border transfer — the number of recipients disclosed was increased from six to eleven, and the name, country, models provided, contact details and retention period of each recipient are now set out in Appendix 1. Models processed only within the Republic of Korea, and therefore not transferred abroad, are also identified. (Article 6 and Appendix 1)
3. Items collected — payment method identifiers, payment approval and cancellation records, and receipt information were added. (Article 2)
4. Entrusted processing — the previous “not applicable” entry was replaced with details of the payment processor and of four cloud infrastructure providers: the work entrusted, the personal information processed, the retention period and contact details. The data storage location is stated to be the Republic of Korea. (Article 5)
5. Data processing principles — the statement that “recipients cannot identify an Individual User” was replaced with a statement that the Provider does not transmit an Individual User's account information (name, email, affiliation). It is also stated that the blocking or masking of personally identifying information applies where the institutional Customer or the Individual User has enabled that function. (Article 6)
6. Document format — the blanks previously left for each institution to complete under its own name (the institution's name and its personal information protection officer) were removed, and the Provider's own processing is now stated directly.

改定の理由

関係法令の改定事項を反映し、サービスのご利用にあたって確認された事項を利用者にわかりやすく整備するため、以下のとおり改定します。

利用規約の主な変更事項

1. 個人による直接登録の反映 — 機関に所属しない個人が直接登録して利用する場合に関する規定を追加しました。（第2条、第4条）
2. 登録年齢の明示 — 満14歳以上のみ登録および利用が可能であることを明示しました。（第4条）
3. 試用・評価用アカウント条項の新設 — 導入検討のための試用アカウントの利用範囲と提供停止の事由を定めました。（第6条）
4. 有料サービスおよびクレジット条項の新設 — クレジット購入契約の成立時点と未成年者による決済の取消しを定め、返金基準は決済前に提供される別途のポリシーに従うこととしました。（第8条）
5. 利用者の義務の具体化 — 従来の5項目を15項目に整備しました。（第7条）
6. 管轄条項の補完 — 利用者または個別利用者が「約款の規制に関する法律」上の消費者に該当する場合、民事訴訟法が定める管轄裁判所によることとしました。（第13条）

プライバシーポリシーの主な変更事項

1. 適用範囲条項の新設 — 機関との利用契約による場合と個人に直接提供する場合を区分し、満14歳未満の児童の個人情報を収集しないことを明示しました。（第0条）
2. 個人情報の国外移転に関する公開範囲の拡大 — 移転を受ける事業者を6社から11社に増やし、事業者ごとの名称・国・提供モデル・連絡先・保有期間を別表1に整理して公開しました。国内でのみ処理され国外に移転されないモデルも併せて明示しました。（第6条、別表1）
3. 収集項目への決済情報の追加 — 決済手段の識別情報、決済の承認・取消の履歴、領収書情報を追加しました。（第2条）
4. 個人情報の取扱いの委託内容の記載 — 従来の「該当事項なし」に代えて、決済処理の受託者およびクラウドインフラ運用の受託者4社について、業務の内容、取り扱われる個人情報、保有期間、連絡先を記載しました。データの保管場所が大韓民国であることも併せて明示しました。（第5条）
5. データ処理原則の具体化 — 「移転を受ける者は個別利用者を識別できない」という表現を、「提供者は個別利用者のアカウント情報（氏名・メールアドレス・所属）を併せて送信しない」に改めました。個人識別情報の遮断・マスキングは、機関利用者または個別利用者が当該機能を使用するよう設定した場合に適用されることを明示しました。（第6条）
6. 書式の整備 — 機関が自らの名義で記入するために空欄としていた箇所（機関名、機関側の個人情報保護責任者）をなくし、提供者自身の処理内容を直接記載しました。

プライバシーポリシーの2026年5月28日改定事項は、当時、英語の翻訳版には反映されておらず、2026年10月11日の翻訳版更新時に併せて反映されました。日本語版は2026年10月11日に初めて公開されたものであり、それ以前のバージョンはございません。
